Who want's to bet me $100 that our board of directors will be sitting on it wringing their hands with sweat beads forming in their brains at the start of Hurricane season having provided no major amount of Sand, or tubes, or walls, etc., on the Retreat Beach or in front of the Retreat Dunes by June 1, the official start of YOU KNOW WHAT.

I'm way past an argument about whose tube or wall etc. protects us from Mother freaked out nature better than the other.

I'm simply talking about doing something vs. Doing Nothing.

I will say that according to our consultant, doing nothing is an acceptable path to take.
We payed him Money and did nothing so far so we are on that path by default.

But if we chose the do nothing path (just sounds un-American doesn't it) then we would have to give ALL THAT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT MONEY BACK.
