Our neighbor's down the beach
Rosemary Beach has sent out a letter which says in part that they may not have time to finish planting all of the sea oats and that NO HEAVY EQUIPMENT CAN BE ON THE BEACH STARTING APRIL ONE. (Turtle Season)
