Selling the Retreat
1. There was damage to the Dunes and nothing has been done. Nothing. NADA.
Including SAND, DUNE FENCING, AND SEA OATS.
2. Two of the three Dune walkovers have not been repaired 6 months after Dennis knocked them out.
3. Buying a non-beach front home but being assessed for repairs for your neighbors beach front lot or home is just plain wrong.
4. The real estate market has cooled off.
5. A person buying a non beach front home or lot in the retreat cannot properly assess what their future liability will be due to the board's faulty logic.
6. The surly attitude of the association managment company.
Do you think any of these things might affect a decison to buy property in the Retreat?
