Doctor tells Retreat to Heal
email from Dr. LaCorte to The Retreat Association Mgmt. company ECAM.

You have once again sent me a bill for the alleged Geotube assessment with an additional assessment of $537.90 representing monthly interest on for work which apparently you have been denied a permit to perform.
Additionally you have slandered my title by placing a lien on my property for an assessment that was allegedly passed based on false representations.
Please sent me copies of any and all correspondence including applications and response to applications between you and DEP for any proposed construction on Lot 6.
Please have the association lawyer remove the lien from my property immediately.
Please stop charging me interest.
If you are unable to accommodate the requests within 30 days, please send me the name of the insurance company providing insurance for you and the board as well as the malpractice carrier for our attorney.
