Last minute votes start Sand Race.......
I talked with the contractors who are to begin a race with time Monday APRIL 17,
to put sand onto WaterColor's beach 10 days later than they wanted to start.
And this was with everyone standing by ready to go.
Very elaborate set-up with a conveyor system etc.
