Retreat Dune Wango-Tango
The Board had a meeting on April 5th at 10:am to discuss the "old Business" from the previous meeting which was what they call Dune Remediation.
The association said that the board was in the process of getting a letter out to the members to explain the "Dune Project" Whatever that means...
Meanwhile DEP HQ, U.S. Fish & Wildlife, Walton County, Attorneys, etc. have the Retreat on their Radar screens waiting to see if they are foolish enough to attempt any work at the Retreat without a permit....Since the association sent a letter to DEP saying the Retreat intended to proceed after April 3rd......
I don't think D & O insurance covers unlawful activity.
