My bad. I got a call from THE MAN speaking through Charlene, probably during the board meeting asking me to remove my FOR SALE sign in front of Ms. Grigsby's home because it is the wrong shade of green.

That's what I get for using the color of The presidente of the boards wife's signs on Lots 89 & 90. I noticed that her signs are still up.

Anyway, I removed it within the hour and will have the new one up soon.







I do want to thank Charlene(a good lady with a bad gig imho) for asking Mr. Estes to remove the Non-Standard metal framed sign in front of his property as he did remove it promptly.

There are still many non-standard real estate signs in the retreat though.

And several signs are now equipped with Plastic boxes for flyers. Are these allowed ?

All signs should be the color of the Two lighter colored green signs pictured at the top of the page.

I think the Retreat should ban all Real estate signs larger than 12" x 12" because they are visual clutter.
