$500 to $5000 a day
Arrest Warrent for Individuals responsible for violation
State of Florida FDEP (the DEP)
$10,000 per day

Proceeding without a TAKE PERMIT (requires a habitat conservation plan)
US Fish and Wildlife endangered species act violations
Turtle season starts May 1
