WaterColor Final
In Watercolor: WaterColor did not Get the approval vote of the homeowners after all.
SO the work being done putting out sand is in front of the Watercolor Inn only which
is being paid for by St. Joe.
St. Joe told us Sand was a waste of time when they wanted to assess for PROTECT-TUBES
BUT when that permit was denied by the DEP then they came back and tried to sell the SAND-ONLY solution that they had argued aganist before.
In General:
Association Board members are jumping out of association Boards in Florida faster than grunts jumping out of the planes coming back from IRAQ.
When the market slows down people start looking hard at where their money has been going. It is going to get very very ugly.
