Chapter I review; The Five Key Fundamentals
Let's review the five chapter KEYS in order:
1. Tell the authorities that They do no know and do not understand the laws that They enforce daily.
2. Let the authorities know that you intend to do what you damn well please with or without their permission.
3. Proceed to carry out the unauthorized activities per number two above.
4. When you are stopped by the authorities go to step number five below.
5. Invite the authorities over for a free meal and ask them what you can do to accomplish your plans without fines and/or punishment.
