We are not a traditional neighborhood in a suburb of some big city.

We are a gated neighborhood in a "vacation resort" area.

And because of this we have people that:

1. Live here full time in their only home .

2. Live here as their primary domicile but with some rental, vacation, and/or investment home or condo elsewhere

3. Have their 2nd or 3rd or more home here to visit when they want to.

4. Have a lot or two or three here as an investment to sell down the road

5. Have a lot that they want to build on some day or have started building on as a primary or extra home.

6. Have a second home and a lot or two as investments.

7. Are building their Gulf-Front Dream home

And because of these differences, we look at issues differently.
