Flashback to May + Retraction
ECAM has requested the Retreat Blog to apologize for referring to their company as ESCAM from a blog posting in MAY.
The acronym ESCAM, which was coined to mean Every Service Call Adds Money, was felt by the Good Folks at ECAM to have a disparaging effect which was not intended by the Retreat Blog.. Retreat Blog has retracted this reference as requested .
We truly regret any discomfort this may have caused ECAM .
